- Introduction
Chlorpyrifos is a kind of crystalline organophosphate insecticide which is used primarily for the control of foliage and soil-borne insect pests in many kinds of food and feed crops. It is effective by touch, stomach poison and resteaming, and has no internal absorption. Its largest usage amount is consumed in paddy. It can also be used on other crops or vegetables including soybeans, fruit and nut trees, cranberries, broccoli, and cauliflower. Its mechanism of action is through suppressing the nervous system of insects via inhibiting acetylcholinesterase.

- Requirements
A.Apply medicine at the age of nymphs, senior nymphs or adult stages.
B.Spray evenly with water from the base of the rice when applying medicine.
C.Do not apply medicine on windy days or when rainfall is expected within 1 hour.
D.The safety interval on the rice is 30 days, and the maximum times are 3 for crops in each season.
