Tiorantraniliprole - New bisamide insecticides & Replacement to Chlorantraniliprole

In recent years, with the extensive use of conventional pesticides, the resistance of diamondback moths to cabbage and other cruciferous vegetables has become more and more serious. There is an urgent need for a new pesticide to solve the problem of resistance to diamondback moths and other lepidopteran pests. However, due to the long service life of some commonly used bisamide pesticides, the problem of resistance has become increasingly prominent.

In order to delay resistance and consider environmental protection and safety, there is an urgent need to develop and market a new pesticides with novel mechanisms of action and structures.

It was under this situation that the new bisamide pesticide - Tiorantraniliprole was "born".

Product name: Tiorantraniliprole
Formula: C19H15BrCl3N5OS

The mechanism of action of Tiorantraniliprole is the same as that of chlorantraniliprole. It also binds to the fish nytin receptor, causing the uncontrolled release and loss of endogenous calcium ions in cells, making it difficult to maintain the contractile function of muscle cells. Pests treated with thiobendiamide exhibit rapid cessation of feeding, fatigue, regurgitation, and muscle paralysis until death. Its unique chemical structure and novel mode of action make it effective against pest groups resistant to other insecticides.

As a new type of bisamide insecticide, Tiorantraniliprole is broad-spectrum, safe and efficient. After years of field exploration on safety and target pests, it has been shown that Tiorantraniliprole is effective in controlling Spodoptera litura and Diamondback moth on vegetables such as cabbage, Plutella xylostella on rice, and Rice leaf roller on rice. It is effective in controlling many lepidopteran pests such as stem borers and is equally effective in controlling white moths. At the same time, its efficacy on rice, corn, cabbage, cabbage, tomato, ginger, peach, pear, sugar cane, sunflower, cucumber, pepper, citrus, apple, tea tree, cowpea, peanut and other crops has been fully recognized.

Quick effect, good quick effect

Strong permeability and good systemic conductivity
Early application of pesticides to prevent pests
